Terms and Conditions:

These brown&out terms and conditions comply with UK legislation.

All prices on our website are quoted in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are all inclusive of delivery to the agreed destination which is either your club or school. Collection from brown&out does not affect the advertised pricing.

All written quotes are valid for 30 days only.

Full payment is required on confirmation of all orders. Payment methods are paypal, bacs or cheque.

Postage and Packing:
Postage and packing is charged at £8.95+VAT. Any extra surcharges for non mainland postcode will be notified to the customer before processing.

Product Images and descriptions:
Please note that the colour of images shown on this website cannot be guaranteed to display accurately on your computer. We do our best to display these colours as accurately as possible given the limits of technology.

All  delivery dates quoted are estimates, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any problems as they arise.

Sample Garments:
Sample garments can be provided unembroidered at listed price plus £9.00+VAT postage. Please note that samples and their costs are not returnable or  refundable.

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to costs incurred up until the date of cancellation. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the production run has commenced.

Our garments are a custom product and as such are not refundable unless the garments themselves are defective. If you believe the garments to be faulty then you must contact us in writing immediately. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used, worn or washed.

Customers Requirements:
It is customer's responsibility to ensure the following when placing orders:
Sizes, colours and quantities are correct.
Logo colours, positions and specifications are correct prior to embroidering.
Errors in design cannot be rectified once production run has commenced.
No liability for spoilage can be accepted when embroidering onto customer's own material or garments. We will not accept held responsibility for any errors brought to our attention once you have had your garments embroidered.

It is taken as implicit in the acceptance of all embroidery that the customer is either the copyright holder or an authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify brown&out in full against any claim for infringement of copyright that may arise.
